Performance is being fit and strong enough as you age so that you can take care of yourself without help. Performance is having the energy and stamina to keep up with your kid's adventures. Performance is feeling and looking good so you have the confidence you deserve. We provide customized adult training in small groups of up to five at a time. Each person benefits from a personalized training program tailored to their goals and abilities, ensuring maximum results and attention to detail.

Book An Assessment

Start with an assessment where we will measure some key indicators and find out more about your lifestyle habits. After that we will discuss personal goals and what you want to improve on.

After your assessment you can start your kickstarter membership where you will have 2 weeks of training for $20 to see make sure we are the perfect fit for you

Personalized Training Plans: Each person is unique. That's why each person's plan is tailored to their current fitness level, experience, and individual goals. WE DON'T DO GENERIC COOKIE CUTTER TRAINING.

 

​How a Training Session Goes:

  • Warm Up followed up followed by individualized soft tissue work and movement prep

  • Main lift consisting of power, strength, and hypertrophy work 

  • Conditioning
